Method of Payment
Our terms are 30 days net from date of invoice on established accounts.

Individuals can choose 3 payments options:

  • Mastercard or Visa
  • Personal Check
  • C.O.D.: There is a small C.O.D. fee if you choose that option. Cash, check or money orders only.

Private Insurance
We do not bill private medical insurance, but we do provide invoices so individuals can file for insurance reimbursement.

Prices and Shipping
Pricing can be found on the separate price sheets in the center of the catalog. Because of the dramatic increase in the cost of fuel, we find it necessary to add a surcharge (minimum $5.00) to the price of items shipped via our standard carrier to the contiguous 48 states. Call for shipping to HI, AK and PR. Oversized items are subject to additional shipping and handling charges. Call customer service for these charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.

International Shipments
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Payment must be in U.S. dollars. Recipient pays taxes and applicable duty charges. Payment must be made by direct deposit to Kaye Products, Inc. account or check drawn on a U.S. bank.

Most items of our manufacture meet CE requirements. Our authorized representative for the European Medical Device Directives is Advena Limited, Hereford, HR49DQUK. Please call Kaye Products, Inc. if additional information is needed on a specific item.

We provide a two-year limited warranty for items that we manufacture. If an item proves defective within two years of the original purchase, we will provide you with replacement parts in order to correct any defect that develops in the product. For warranty service, simply contact Kaye Products Customer Service, by phone, fax, or mail. Kaye Products, Inc. makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, and does not warrant the product as being fit for a particular purpose. The purchaser, owner, and user assume all risk of personal and property injury due to the use of the equipment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping, on approved returns that we receive within 20 days from the date of the invoice. There will be a 25% restocking fee for returns received after 20 days from the date of invoicing. We will not accept a return if the item is or has been visibly used, altered, damaged, disassembled, outdated, or has not been returned within 45 days from the date of the invoice. Kaye Products does not pay for return shipping and will not accept returns shipped C.O.D. Call for Return Authorization (RA) number.

We try to keep all product parts available for immediate shipment. Please call for prices on individual parts.
Since designs change periodically, we will need to know the approximate date you ordered the product for which you are ordering parts.
