Due to the popularity of the suspension kit to modify Posture Control Walkers to partial body weightbearing units, Kaye is now producing suspension kits for the wide, “R” model walkers. Research has shown that partial body weightbearing is an effective way to develop and improve the necessary components of walking. Although the Posture Control Walker folds with the suspension system in place, the Kaye Suspension System removes with snap buttons when it is not desired.
